The role includes conducting assessments, counseling, case coordination, and crisis intervention for individuals with substance use disorders.

Qualifications include IAODAPCA CADC certification (or higher) and licensure such as LSW/LCSW/LPC/LCPC. A valid driver's license and background checks are required.

Competenze

• IAODAPCA CADC certification or higher.
• LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC licensure accepted.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background checks (federal/state) and pre-employment checks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Complete assessment of each client.
• Initiate and sustain motivation to participate in treatment.
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client.
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups.
