Qualifications

• IAODAPCA CADC certification or higher required (LSW/LCSW/LPC/LCPC accepted).
• Ability to promote positive behavior and manage resistant behavior.
• Must pass background checks and meet regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work with computers and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessment of each client.
• Initiate and sustain each client’s motivation to participate in treatment.
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client.
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups.
