The role requires CADC/CATC/SUDCC certifications, 6 months in addictions settings, and driving may be involved with mileage reimbursement. Full-time, days, on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CADC, CATC or SUDCC certifications required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications expected.
• Experience in addictions setting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness focusing on substance abuse.
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
• Coordinate services and help with billing codes as needed.
• Assist with transportation to appointments when required.
