Job summary

Qualifications

• Assoc. degree in Addiction or related field + 3 years' direct SUD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science + 1 year SUD experience.
• Recovery from SUD with 2 years of continuous sobriety at hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive needs assessments for individuals.
• Assists clients with accessing resources and benefits.
• Develops and maintains treatment plans for substance-use disorders.
• Maintains clinical documentation in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Builds collaborative relationships with community partners.
• Stays current on housing resources and public health services.
• Provides support to clients to achieve ISSP goals.
