Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in substance use disorder services.
Current driver's license and automotive insurance required.
CPR certification preferred but can be obtained after hire.
Responsibilities
Assist with patient screening, program enrollment, and clinic scheduling.
Identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide SUD assessment and case management.
Collaborate with community service providers for client transitions.
Collect data and enter it into electronic health records.
