Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in substance use disorder services.
• Current driver's license and automotive insurance required.
• CPR certification preferred but can be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient screening, program enrollment, and clinic scheduling.
• Identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide SUD assessment and case management.
• Collaborate with community service providers for client transitions.
• Collect data and enter it into electronic health records.
