Qualifications

• IAODAPCA certification CADC or above; acceptable professional licenses include LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide chemical dependency counseling to patients and families through assessment, treatment planning, and revision.
• Deliver group and individual counseling, community support, case coordination, and crisis intervention.
