Qualifications

• IAODAPCA CADC, or above; LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings including criminal history.
• Ability to promote positive behavior and manage resistant behavior.
• Physical ability to manage aggressive behavior and standard safety requirements.
• Effective oral and written communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessment of each client.
• Initiate and sustain motivation to participate in treatment.
• Develop a comprehensive service plan for each client.
• Provide daily treatment and curriculum-based education groups.
