Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Commercial Counsel, Subscriptions to join the Legal & Public Policy team in a hybrid role based in the U.S. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-related agreements for LinkedIn Subscriptions, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, and cross-functional partners to close deals efficiently.

You will counsel on data privacy and security matters, handle SMB and Mid-Market transactions, and contribute to strategic projects that impact revenue

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to the bar or the ability to practice in-house in your office location.
• 3+ years' experience practicing as a technology transactions attorney, including software licensing, cloud services, and/or AI-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review and negotiate technology-related agreements for LinkedIn Subscriptions business teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, DealDesk, Finance, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure deals close on time and per policy.
• Act as a trusted legal partner to LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Solutions organizations and drive strategic projects.
• Optimize templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes for efficiency and leverage.
