Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Commercial Counsel, Subscriptions to draft and negotiate technology-related agreements for its Subscriptions teams. You will partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and other functions to close deals in line with internal policies.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Solutions, driving strategic projects and improving templates and processes.

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission or eligibility to practice in your office location.
• 3+ years' experience as a technology transactions attorney with software licensing, cloud services, and/or AI-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements for LinkedIn Subscriptions teams (subscription agreements, DPA, channel partner agreements, order forms, addenda, NDAs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product and cross-functional teams to drive approvals and timely closes.
• Act as a trusted legal partner to Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions and lead strategic projects with business impact.
• Optimize contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation processes for efficiency.
• Participate in the Legal & Public Policy team's pro bono initiatives.
