Job summary

Thomson Reuters Canada Ltd in Minnesota is seeking an experienced #2 Subscription Services Operator for our printing plant. You will review specifications, set up equipment, monitor runs, and troubleshoot to ensure high quality on the Core Publishing Solutions team.

This 2nd shift role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work. You will lead and train others, participate in safety programs, and help drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher required.
• Experience leading and training others is required.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform or delegate and oversee set-up tasks.
• Monitor equipment and product during runs to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot related to product or equipment.
• Communicate effectively during shift hand‑offs.
• Evaluate machinery condition and perform preventive maintenance with Maintenance as needed.
• Use workflow applications to manage files and document activities.
• Tag loads and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide work direction to crew and others in the workstream.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold safe culture.
• Participate in project teams and suggest improvements.
