Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, Minnesota seeks a #3 Subscription Services Operator for our printing plant team. You will perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot to ensure quality and productivity on the 2nd shift.

Offering shift differentials of $4.00/hr for 2nd shift and $5.00/hr for later shifts, plus a bonus plan, we emphasize continuous improvement, teamwork, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma/GED or higher; technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Able to read production orders and safety/maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment and product quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues; obtain maintenance support as needed.
• Document activities and participate in shift hand-offs and safety programs.
