Reuters is hiring for a Subscriptions Services Operator on the 1st shift in Eagan, MN. You will review job specifications, set up equipment, monitor runs, and troubleshoot to maintain high quality. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher is required.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Experience in industrial settings with production machinery.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Lean/continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to use rulers and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and set‑up requirements for material.
• Oversee and perform set‑up tasks and monitor equipment during runs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product quality as needed.
• Communicate effectively during shift hand‑offs.
• Provide work direction to others and ensure safety compliance.
• Document activities in Tier Boards, MII and SAP accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping in the work area.
