Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. is seeking a Subscription Document Specialist to review private fund subscription documents, including agreements, AML and tax forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The role handles document intake, categorization, data entry, and onboarding support using Anduin and Appian.

You will coordinate with internal teams, respond to client inquiries, and run test scripts for fund launches and system updates, while maintaining an up-to-date issue tracker and access controls.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing subscription documents including subscription agreements, AML and tax forms.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and data entry standards.
• Strong data entry skills and meticulous record keeping.
• Clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Accurately intake, review, and categorize subscription, AML, and tax documents using Anduin and Appian.
• Maintain up-to-date status trackers and communication logs to ensure visibility of onboarding progress.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and engage Customer's counsel when required.
• Ensure all data entry is completed accurately and according to established standards.
• Collate, prepare, and execute final document packages for investor onboarding.
• Provide clear documentation and timely responses to Customer inquiries.
• Execute test scripts for new fund launches, bug fixes, and enhancement releases.
• Maintain a current issue tracker reflecting all open, ongoing, and resolved items.
• Process requests to add or remove users from Anduin in a timely manner.
• Conduct analysis and execute test scripts to support ongoing project activities.

The role will manage document intake, categorization, and data entry using Anduin and Appian, maintain status logs, prepare final document packages, and support investor onboarding. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams, respond to client inquiries, execute test scripts for new fund launches and system updates, manage user access requests, and maintain an up-to-date issue tracker.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately intake, review, and categorize subscription, AML, and tax documents using Anduin and Appian.


• Maintain up-to-date status trackers and communication logs to ensure visibility of onboarding progress.


• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and engage Customer's counsel when required.
