Position Overview

Fund Documentation Analysts support investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining fund-related documentation across the fund lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of fund documentation, including offering memoranda, subscription agreements, side letters, and investor disclosures

Support documentation updates related to fund launches, closings, amendments, and regulatory changes

Coordinate documentation workflows with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations, investor relations) and external service providers

Maintain document version control, approvals, and audit-ready records

Track regulatory, disclosure, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions and fund structures

Respond to documentation requests from investors, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders

Ensure consistency of fund data and disclosures across marketing materials, legal documents, and internal systems
