Job summary

KTek Resourcing seeks an operations-focused professional in New York to manage the end-to-end investor onboarding lifecycle. You will review subscription documentation, ensure packages are complete, accurate, and compliant before onboarding, and act as both maker and checker in the process.

You will coordinate with clients to resolve outstanding items, process investor lifecycle transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), and manage onboarding mailboxes and workflows.

Job description

This position is focused on managing the end-to-end investor onboarding lifecycle, with primary responsibility for reviewing subscription documentation and ensuring investor packages are complete, accurate, and compliant before onboarding. The individual will function as both a maker and checker within the onboarding process and act as a key point of coordination for resolving deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review subscription documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Validate investor onboarding packages using established checklists and controls.
• Identify missing information and documentation deficiencies.
• Coordinate directly with clients to resolve outstanding items.
• Process investor lifecycle transactions including:
• Subscriptions
• Redemptions
• Transfers
• Investor onboarding activities
• Manage shared onboarding mailboxes and workflow queues.
• Perform quality reviews as part of the maker-checker process.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities and client communications.

Required Experience

• Strong Investor Relations (IR) Operations background.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Private Equity funds
• Private Debt funds
• Investor onboarding processes
• Understanding of:
• Accredited Investors
• Qualified Purchasers
• Investor eligibility requirements
• Experience reviewing investor documentation independently.
• Ability to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies.
