Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to review private fund subscription documents, AML, and tax forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The role handles document intake, categorization, and data entry in Anduin and Appian, with onboarding support and stakeholder coordination.

You will test scripts for fund launches, manage access, and maintain an issue log, while collaborating with internal teams and customer counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in documentation management or content governance.
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence or similar.

Responsibilities

• Review and categorize subscription, AML, and tax documents.
• Maintain status trackers and logs for onboarding progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and engage counsel when needed.
• Ensure accurate data entry and standard compliance.
• Prepare final document packages for investor onboarding.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely documentation.
• Execute test scripts for fund launches and updates.
• Maintain an issue tracker for ongoing items.
• Manage user access requests in Anduin.
