Sedgwick in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Claims Associate - Recovery to review subrogation claims and coordinate with collection agencies within an entry-level caseload. You will learn our check processing guidelines and support the Claims Recovery Team.

Two years of general office experience are required; HS diploma or GED is mandatory. The role offers an office and/or virtual setting, mentor guidance, and opportunities for professional growth with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of general office experience required; claims industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process subrogation claims and review payment checks.
• Maintain a monthly diary to ensure timely payment.
• Process recoveries in claims systems.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and record details in claims file.
• Respond to clients timely and professionally.
• Approve and/or pay bills as appropriate.
• Prepare status reports for clients.
