Machinify is seeking a legal professional to join the Subrogation team, providing essential legal support and guidance to operations. You will advise the General Counsel on subrogation matters, perform timely reviews, and ensure proper handling of potential legal actions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance. Remote and hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of residence.
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Advises General Counsel on legal issues regarding Subrogation Operations.
• Provides timely legal review and advice to the subrogation recovery teams.
• Ensures potential adverse suits and legal matters are handled appropriately.
• Provides training in relevant legal topics to analysts.
• Communicates updates on new court decisions, statutes, and regulations to Subrogation Analysts.
