Job summary

Conservice LLC, the leading Utility and Billing Management Company, is seeking a Meter Technician to install, service, and calibrate water submeters in multifamily properties. The role requires physical work, travel, and strong customer service.

You will use a Windows laptop, Excel lightly, and coordinate with property staff to ensure accurate measurement and reporting. Travel about 25% is expected, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Windows-based laptop usage and basic Excel skills required.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.
• Independently manage time and meet deadlines; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems in multifamily homes.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters to ensure accuracy.
• Calibrate and test submeters for accurate water measurement.
• Troubleshoot submeter performance and data transmission issues.
• Lift 50+ pounds and work from ladders up to 10 feet high.
• Educate staff and residents on submeter operation.
• Maintain records of installations and maintenance activities.
