Job summary

Conservice is a leader in utility and billing management for multifamily housing. We seek a Meter Technician to install, configure, and maintain submeters, ensuring accurate usage data for billing. You will travel to various properties, perform diagnostics, and train staff on submeter operation.

The role requires physical work, equipment handling, and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver's license and ability to cover ~25% travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to use Windows-based laptops and basic Excel/Gmail skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems in multifamily properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of submeters.
• Troubleshoot submeter performance and data transmission issues.
• Calibrate submeters to ensure accurate readings.
• Lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Travel up to ~25% for job sites as needed.
