Job summary

Conservice is a leading Utility and Billing Management company providing water submetering services to multifamily housing. We install, maintain, and repair submeters to enable accurate billing of water usage per unit. This role requires driving a company vehicle, traveling up to 25% and coordinating with property staff to resolve metering issues.

Qualifications

• Must have Windows-based laptop with basic experience in Excel and Gmail.
• Willing to travel approximately 25% of the time based on business needs.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 10 feet.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools.
• Must have reliable internet and a secure area to park a company vehicle.
• Background check and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters in multifamily homes, apartment complexes, and retail areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters to ensure accurate measurement and proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to submeter performance, connectivity, or data transmission.
• Calibrate and test submeters to ensure accurate measurement of water consumption.
• Collaborate with property staff to address questions and concerns about metering.
• Maintain installation records and updates to communication systems.
