Job summary

Conservice LLC is seeking a Meter Technician in Seattle, WA to install, configure, and maintain water submeters in multifamily properties. You will work with property staff, travel as needed, and ensure accurate measurement and reliable data transmission.

You will use Windows laptops with Excel and Gmail for documentation, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with teams to address issues. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems in multifamily properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot submeter performance and data transmission issues.
• Calibrate and test submeters to ensure accuracy.
• Lift and move equipment weighing 50+ pounds during tasks.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time and, if required, weekends.
