Job summary

Conservice is seeking a Meter Technician in Seattle to install, maintain, and repair submeters for multifamily properties. You will work with property staff and residents, travel about 25% of the time, and lift 50+ pounds as needed.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic Windows/Excel and Gmail skills, and the ability to climb ladders and work in attic spaces. Conservice provides training and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or installation preferred.
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time.
• Strong safety awareness and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and configure submeters and related systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of submeters.
• Troubleshoot submeter performance and data transmission.
• Calibrate and test submeters for accurate measurements.
• Maintain records of installations and maintenance activities.
• Educate property staff and residents on submeter operation.
