Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to lead the transition of shore infrastructure for Columbia-class submarine programs, ensuring TRF readiness and funding alignment.

You will draft transition agreements, coordinate with NAVFAC, CNIC, and TRFs, and oversee site integration of facilities, utilities, and dry docks while maintaining schedule discipline and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, operations research, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, science management, operational facility planning, or major defense infrastructure/acquisition programs.
• Significant Navy submarine program experience and naval installations background.

Responsibilities

• Lead shore infrastructure and TRF readiness initiatives for transition.
• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements between PMS entities, NAVFAC, CNIC, and local TRFs.
• Audit, track, and verify industrial equipment, dry docks, and facilities are mission-ready across TRFs.
• Review funding and MILCON/FSRM requirements to align budgets.
• Leverage historical data to identify risks and lessons learned from prior ship class changes.
• Serve as primary liaison across NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC and regional commands regarding readiness and timelines.
