Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 10 years of professional experience in naval design/engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Direct design and engineering projects on submarine programs with focus on SSN 812.
• Lead project teams and manage systems engineering activities across multiple IPTs.
• Develop and interpret engineering policy to guide Navy submarine design projects.
• Coordinate with Navy program offices, shipyards, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
