Job summary

Serco is seeking a Construction Engineering Support to assist the Navy Submarine program office with fluid systems engineering, analysis, and briefings. You will work on technically rigorous tasks, prepare briefs, and collaborate with IPTs to ensure program success.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to obtain a DoW Secret clearance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and fluid systems engineering support to the program office.
• Recommend action(s) for technical and programmatic issues related to RDT&E.
• Perform planning, cost, schedule, risk, and effectiveness analyses across life cycles.
• Prepare briefs (Unclassified/Classified) for audiences up to Flag level.
• Attend IPT meetings and collaborate with team members.
