Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• Trade or leadership experience in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of approximately 15 piping trades employees in preparing, assembling and installing equipment on-board submarines.
• Primary point of contact to interface with engineering, ship's management, quality and other trade departments.
• Lead the team to achievement of company goals for safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of team performance.
