Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at General Motors in Bowling Green, KY. You will optimize torque tools and fastening equipment, interact with the customer daily, and report to the Site Manager on first shift.

The role requires 3–5 years in a production setting with automation, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and data systems is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with our customer to promote Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges to minimize downtime.
• Networking Support: Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network environment, ensuring proper communication with data systems and reporting tools.
