Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at Hyundai in Ellabell, GA. The role focuses on optimizing torque tools, fastening equipment, and data communications within the customer environment, 2nd shift, on-site daily.

You will interface with the customer to promote Atlas Copco’s excellence, perform maintenance and calibration, diagnose issues, and implement repairs to improve tool reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Mechanical aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Customer-focused: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Technical aptitude: Ability to read schematics; proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with the customer to promote Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Maintain & Calibrate Tools: Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks to ensure tools run at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges to minimize downtime.
• Repair & Optimize Equipment: Conduct repairs, upgrades, and adjustments to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
• Networking Support: Configure, connect, and troubleshoot Atlas Copco tools and software within the customer’s network environment, ensuring proper communication with data systems and reporting tools.
