Job summary

Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC in Savannah, GA seeks a dynamic Subject Matter Expert to optimize torque tools and fastening equipment onsite at MOBIS.

You will maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and integrate tools with customer networks, reporting to the Site Manager on a 2nd shift. Strong technical aptitude and customer service skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador promoting Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Maintain & calibrate tools with preventative maintenance and performance checks.
• Troubleshoot & resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair & optimize equipment to enhance productivity and tool reliability.
• Provide networking support by configuring and troubleshooting tools within the customer’s network environment.

We are seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to represent the Atlas Copco brand onsite at our customer, MOBIS. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with our customer to optimize their torque tools and fastening equipment, making a tangible impact on their operations

What You’ll Do:

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Interface with our customer to promote Atlas Copco’s commitment to excellence in torque tools and fastening solutions.
• Maintain & Calibrate Tools: Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and performance checks to ensure tools run at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Quickly diagnose and resolve tooling, fastening, and basic network connectivity challenges to minimize downtime.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-Focused: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
