Job summary

Dominion Energy is seeking a seasoned program manager to oversee a high volume of residential and mixed-use development projects. You will act as the single point of contact for developers, home builders, and customers to ensure timely completion, coordination of design, permits, and easements, and effective issue resolution.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, materials, and field questions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume development projects.
• Ability to coordinate design, permits, and easements.
• Strong communication with developers, builders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for developers, home builders, and customers to ensure timely completion of large development projects.
• Monitor schedule, construction progress and material needs to stay on track.
• Coordinate design, permits, information gathering, joint use issues and easements with the Centralized Design Group.
