Job summary

Dominion Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and mentor teams delivering large construction projects, including a multi-unit site with budgets exceeding $500 million. You will manage scope, safety, quality, and schedule while coordinating internal and external stakeholders and contractors.

Experience of 7-8+ years, a Bachelor's degree, and PM certifications (PE/PMP/PMI-CP) are preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive performance

Qualifications

7-8+ years of progressive project management experience with strong leadership.
In-depth knowledge of construction projects in power generation or utilities.
Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project managers and teams delivering complex, high-impact projects.
Manage major scopes with budgets over $500 million, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment.
Communicate progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.
Apply agile and traditional PM practices to drive improvements and value.
