Job summary

Dominium seeks a Senior Project Manager, Owner's Representative, to lead multifamily construction from pre-planning through closeout. You will align design, contractors, and ownership to deliver on time, within budget, and to Dominium quality standards.

Candidates should bring 7–10 years in construction or PM roles, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. This role offers growth, incentive bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field required; advanced degree or PMP/LEED preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and financial management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design schedules and project timelines.
• Evaluate GC proposals for compliance with Dominium standards.
• Lead multi-stakeholder coordination from design through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate owner-supplied materials and consultants during construction.
• Monitor pay applications and ensure accurate payments.
• Conduct extensive site inspections and post-mortem reviews.
