Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks a program manager to oversee high-volume residential and mixed-use development projects. You will act as the primary liaison for developers, builders and customers, ensuring on-time completion and smooth coordination of design, permits and field questions.

You will lead, mentor and train design staff, coordinate with other groups, and address escalated issues. This role requires strong communication, project management and analytical abilities in a dynamic utility

Responsibilities

• Program manage a high volume of new development projects (residential or mixed use).
• Serve as single point of contact for developers, home builders and customers to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor schedule, construction progress and material needs.
• Coordinate design, permits, information gathering, joint use issues and easements.
• Assist with fielding/note gathering, design questions, project staking and scope creation.
• Resolve quality issues with contractors and third party customers.
• Address elevated customer complaints and executive inquiries.
• Provide leadership through training, mentoring and supporting less experienced design personnel.
