Energy Project Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager, Development Services to support utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States. You will own development workstreams and partner with clients, consultants, and internal teams to move projects from development through execution.

The role emphasizes permitting, site control, interconnection, due diligence, and project planning with a focus on delivering results for complex energy developments.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in renewable energy development or related fields.
• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, storage, wind) preferred.
• Knowledge of permitting, site control, interconnection, due diligence, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of utility-scale renewable energy projects from early stages to readiness.
• Own assigned workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and action items.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landowners, agencies, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Support permitting, site control, interconnection, due diligence, and planning.
• Manage third-party consultants, scopes of work, schedules, and performance.
• Develop schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and report status.
• Review technical docs and identify issues, gaps, and opportunities.
• Coordinate information across disciplines and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings and serve as project contact.
• Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for clients and leadership.
• Resolve project issues through analysis and proactive communication.
• Handle multiple projects/workstreams with attention to detail.
