Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Lead in the United States to oversee cradle-to-grave subcontract management for DoW and international programs.

You will work with Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, and Finance to ensure competitive awards, proper administration, and compliance with prime contract requirements. The role focuses on developing subcontracting strategies, managing risk, and coordinating with logistics and operations to enable accelerated timelines in fast-paced

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in subcontract management, procurement, or contracts in gov't contracting.
• Experience handling complex subcontracts under FAR/DFARS and related regs.
• Experience supporting DoW/DoD or US gov't programs.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave subcontract management for complex programs.
• Develop and execute subcontracting strategies to meet objectives and manage risk.
• Prepare solicitations, lead source selection, and negotiate subcontract terms.
• Manage performance, cost, schedule, and delivery of subcontractors; drive corrective actions.
• Support contingency/rapid deployment operations and surge requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Contracts, Compliance to resolve issues and disputes.
• Provide training and guidance on subcontracting policies to teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
