V2X, Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Lead to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts supporting DoW, DoD, and international customers. You will craft solicitation documents, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.

The role requires cradle-to-grave management, risk-aware decision making, and collaboration with Legal, Contracts, Compliance, and Program Management in fast-paced environments, including contingency operations.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in subcontract management or related government contracts.
• Experience with DoW/DoD and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-tempo environments.
• Understanding ITAR, EAR and export controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead cradle-to-grave subcontract management across programs.
• Develop and execute subcontracting strategies; manage risks.
• Issue solicitations, lead source selection and negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate subcontract terms, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and close out.
