V2X Inc. is seeking a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator to oversee the formation, administration, and management of subcontracts and purchase orders in support of U.S. DoW and international customers.

You will collaborate with Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to ensure compliant, competitive subcontracts and to support contingency operations and rapid-response missions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year substitute for 1 year education allowed.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in subcontracts, procurement, or contracts in government contracting.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government acquisition regulations.
• Experience supporting subcontracts or procurements for services, materials, or construction.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs/RFIs to suppliers/subcontractors; support source selection under FAR/DFARS.
• Draft and process subcontracts and purchase orders, including change orders.
• Negotiate price, schedule, and terms with subcontractors under Supply Chain leadership.
• Administer subcontracts across performance including delivery dates, funding, invoicing, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate subcontract risks in contingency environments.
