Job summary

RTX, in partnership with Pratt & Whitney, seeks a Subcontractor Integration Lead to manage schedule integration with subcontractors and ensure accurate IPMR reporting. This role focuses on scheduling alignment, risk analysis, and coordinating with EV analysts to support program decisions.

The position requires a 5+ year track record in scheduling for defense programs, strong knowledge of Primavera/MS Project, and U.S. citizenship. Onsite in East Hartford, CT with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in program scheduling or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with scheduling tools and integrated cost/schedule techniques.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for controlled programs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with subcontractors and program managers to maintain IMS data.
• Analyze impacts of subcontractor execution on milestones and IPMR reporting.
• Identify risks and align schedule with EV data and DoD requirements.
• Create scheduling procedures and share improvements with teams.
