Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Subcontractor Integration Lead in East Hartford, CT. The role interfaces with Subcontractors and program managers to ensure compliant integration of subcontractor data into the Integrated Master Schedule and to support program milestones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in program scheduling, with experience in Primavera or MS Project and knowledge of earned value management. U.S.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in program scheduling; knowledge in integrated cost/schedule techniques.
• Experience with Scheduling Tools (Primavera, MS Project, Open Plan) and MS Office.
• U.S. Citizenship required for access to systems/tools.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with Subcontractors and P&W Subcontractor Partner Program Managers / CAMs.
• Ensure compliant integration and updates of Subcontractor data into program schedules.
• Analyze impacts of Subcontractor execution on program milestones and mitigation steps for IPMR format 6.
• Identify, analyze, and manage Subcontractor program risks.
• Partner with Earned Value Analysts to align schedule and EV data.
• Work with Subcontractor to ensure schedules support P&W processes and meet compliance.
• Provide performance feedback to improve supplier schedule quality.
• Act as POC for Subcontractors in program reviews (IBR).
• Create scheduling procedures and standard work; share improvements and efficiencies.
