Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Subcontract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of subcontracts for space, defense, and national security programs. You will interface between program management and suppliers to ensure compliant awards and execution.

The role requires 5+ years in government subcontracting, knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 10% and US work eligibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or related field; or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of subcontracts or contracts administration experience in a U.S. government contracting environment.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCMA, and DCAA requirements.
• Experience drafting subcontract terms and conditions, SOWs, RFQs, and other contractually binding documents.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and E2 JobBoss; experience with comparable ERP/procurement management systems a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform cost/price analysis and ensure pricing reasonableness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external suppliers.
• Active U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders, and modifications per FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCMA, and DCAA.
• Prepare RFQs, perform cost/price analyses, and support source selection evaluations.
• Flow down prime contract clauses and regulatory requirements to subcontractors.
• Maintain CPSR-compliant subcontract file documentation with price analysis and source selection records.
• Interface with Program Management, Finance, and external subcontractors to meet requirements.
