Job summary

Voyager Technologies in San Diego, CA seeks a Subcontract Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts for space, defense, and national security programs. You will interface with program management and suppliers, ensuring awards and executions meet FAR/DFARS, CPSR, and prime contract requirements.

The role reports to Supply Chain and requires 5+ years in government contracting with strong writing and negotiation skills, plus an active U.S. security clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of subcontracts or contracts administration in a U.S. government environment.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CPSR/DCMA/DCAA.
• Experience drafting subcontract terms, SOWs, RFQs and binding documents.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and E2 JobBoss; other ERP systems a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional coordination.
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer subcontracts, task orders, purchase orders, and modifications per FAR/DFARS/CPSR/DCMA/DCAA.
• Prepare RFQs, perform cost/price analysis, support source selection evaluations.
• Identify and flow down prime contract clauses and regulatory requirements to subcontractors.
• Maintain CPSR-compliant subcontract files with price analysis and source selection records.
• Interface with Program Management, Finance, Compliance, and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with certifications, insurance, and terms to maintain vendor status.
• Process subcontract awards, modifications, and POs and document in CQ."
• Support proposals with subcontract cost inputs and small business plans.
