You will lead multifunctional teams, develop subcontract specifications and terms, and manage bids, proposals, and negotiations. This role requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and collaboration across disciplines in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail- and teamwork-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end subcontract processes, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.
• Administer awarded subcontracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance through development, production, and sustainment.
