Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Management professional to lead multifunctional teams and oversee procurement activities in Orlando or Grand Prairie, TX. You will manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts, developing agreements and evaluating proposals.

The role requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, strong communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, and overseeing procurement activities.
• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer changes.
• Holding procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.
