Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to lead projects & teams to execute supply chain subcontracts and sourcing activities.
• Experience implementing change to improve processes.
• Ability to make important tactical and strategic decisions while delivering results.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience with Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.
• Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities throughout the contract lifecycle.
