Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a seasoned Subcontract Manager to guide supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD and international programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop contract provisions, and manage bids from preparation to award, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required to apply.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR in defense programs.
• Experience with Supply Chain Management; Procurement across complex subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on medium to high risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements.
• Develop subcontract specs, work statements and terms for procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals and negotiate terms.
• Administer subcontracts and required change activity.
