Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Management Senior to lead multifunctional teams and ensure execution of complex subcontract agreements in Dallas, TX. The role oversees supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance, working across commercial, DoD, and international programs.

The candidate will develop subcontract specifications, lead bidding processes, and negotiate provisions. A Secret clearance and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail and teamwork oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Demonstrated problem solving, business acumen and independent/team work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and guide procurement delegation.
• Oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex subcontracts.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and manage awards and changes.
