Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.

You will lead multifunctional teams, sign supplier agreements, and craft subcontract specifications and terms for complex procurements of specialized materials and services to support development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university.
  • 1 or more years of demonstrated experience with supply chain management, buying, or procurement.
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP).

  • Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
  • Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams.

  • Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
