Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a proactive Subcontracts Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex, build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, sign supplier agreements, and develop subcontract specs. The role requires FAR/DFAR knowledge, negotiation experience, and SAP/ERP familiarity to optimize procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Two years professional experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR; Negotiation experience; worked with SAP or similar ERP system.

Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
