Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX seeks a Subcontract Management professional to oversee end-to-end subcontract processes, ensuring cost, schedule and technical objectives are met across moderate-to-high-risk contracts.

You will lead cross-functional subcontract management teams and manage supplier performance, while developing supplier specifications and negotiating terms through development, production, and sustainment. U.S. citizenship and secret clearance are required.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end subcontract processes, ensuring technical and cost objectives are met.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk COTS subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract terms.
• Administer awarded subcontracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance throughout development, production, and sustainment.

• Experience with LM S/4Hana

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
